Perfect for mornings or to help you out of an afternoon slump, you will love these paleo superfood lattes!
Since it’s been 15 degrees outside all week, I’ve only been craving warm foods and drinks. Smoothie were a perfect pick-me-up snack during the summer and fall. But drinking something icy cold sounds terrible now.
Still needing something to sip, though, I’ve been thinking about what the “hot version of a smoothie” might be like.
Hot herbal teas are amazing by themselves, don’t get me wrong, but sometimes I just need something a little more special, and more filling.
Hello, superfood lattes.
Maybe they shouldn’t be called lattes, because none of these drinks have coffee in them. These delicious superfood lattes are entirely paleo.
They’re dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and refined-sugar free. Plus, they all contain superfoods – ingredients that are incredible for your body!
You make most of these superfood lattes by first heating the ingredients on your stove-top, then blending them in a blender.
