Fall is my favorite season for many reasons, but probably the biggest reason is that I love all the fall flavors and foods!

Now that it’s fall I have an excuse to make lots of this Chai Paleo Granola recipe, but honestly I’ll be eating it year-round for sure. It combines all the delicious spices that are in chai tea with nuts, seeds, and coconut.

Plus, this granola recipe is very easy to throw together. You can mix all the ingredients in one bowl, throw it in the oven on a baking sheet, and then it’s done!

It’s grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan, and it’s amazing for breakfast or snacking. One batch fills two big mason jars with granola.

I bought the nuts, seeds, and finely shredded unsweetened coconut for this granola recipe in the bulk section of Winco. But you can also buy bigger bags of them on Amazon and save that way. Here are some brands I like:

You could also switch out the nuts and seeds for other kinds if you have different kinds on hand.

  • 1.5 cups pecan halves
  • 1 cup finely shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup honey, warmed
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
