Paleo Pumpkin Smoothie

This paleo pumpkin smoothie tastes like pumpkin pie but is totally healthy! Free of sugar (sweetened with dates) and full of nutrition, it's a perfect healthy snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal, optional
  • 1 tsp maca powder, optional
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and dates and ice cubes have been pureed.

  3. Pour into glass and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This recipe will produce a thick and creamy smoothie. If you prefer it to be thinner, add additional almond milk.
