Coconut Cold Brew Coffee

When you've already made your cold brew concentrate, you only need to stir in a couple of ingredients for this nutritionally rich, creamy, coconut-y, and slightly sweet drink that's paleo, dairy-free, and vegan!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate
  • 1/2 cup coconut water*
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk or cream*

Instructions

For cold coconut cold brew coffee:

  1. Pour cold brew concentrate in a glass or jar.

  2. Add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy!

For hot coconut cold brew coffee:

  1. Pour coconut milk or coconut cream and coconut water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low until steaming.

  2. Combine coconut water and milk or cream mixture with cold brew concentrate in a mug, and stir. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*I use canned coconut milk that has separated into coconut water and coconut cream.

Depending on the strength of your concentrate and how strong you like your coffee, adjust amounts of concentrate, coconut water, and coconut milk or cream accordingly.
