  • 3 avocados
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, lime juice, or lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • dash cumin
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • freshly ground pink Himalayan salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and pit the avocados, and put them in a bowl.

  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, lime juice, or lemon juice, and spices to the bowl with the avocados.

  3. Use a fork to mash and mix the avocados and other ingredients. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

I like guacamole most with lots of lime juice, but I use apple cider vinegar when I'm in a hurry or don't have fresh lime on hand, and it's still super yummy!

You can sub in 2 cloves of fresh garlic for the garlic powder if you want, sub fresh cilantro for the dried, and add in a fresh tomato and onion if you don't need it to be as quick and simple.
