This week has felt pretty uneventful, but I want to be consistent with these weekly posts so I’m writing anyway!
I spent time on Pinterest each day. I usually pin for 15 minutes or so in the morning from my feed. Then I spend an hour or more pinning between 2-4pm. At that time I pin from profiles of people since my feed doesn’t have enough variety yet. If I have time I also pin for a bit in the evening, even if it’s just a few before going to bed. This last week was the best I’ve had so far on new followers! I got 16 total which takes us to 66 total.
No one has replied to my requests to join group boards yet. I did finally get approved to join a Facebook group, the first step to getting on one particular group board. Ryan is going to help me with crafting my messages and reach out to some boards more next week!
Ryan spent time researching blog layouts and has it narrowed down to a few options, but he hasn’t purchased one yet. Hopefully soon!
I only wrote a couple of new posts this week. I’ve been finding it pretty difficult to stay motivated writing right now, since we reached our goal number of posts for launching but they’re still all just sitting on my computer doing nothing.
I didn’t work as much this week due to sickness and fatigue. I’m hopeful next week will be more productive motivated since I’m feeling pretty well again!
One last thing, I found this awesome graphic this week from Conversion Minded that helps you come up with amazing titles for blog posts! So I also started going through my posts and brainstorming titles using these templates!
