There are three steps to getting your hands on delicious chips that will be kinder to your body than potato chips.

1. Get a mandolin slicer (okay, you don’t have to, but it will make your life easier!).
2. Pick your fruit and veggie chip recipes below and bake away.
3. Eat your new favorite chips!

Since they are baked, all of these fruit and veggie chip recipes are much healthier than store-bought potato chips.

I’ve put together this list of 11 paleo fruit and veggie chip recipes, most of which are gluten-free, paleo, and vegan too!
